Description

A contemporary house and artist studio, in Grande-Anse on the Acadian Peninsula, designed by Montreal architecture firm YH2. The 2007 house is called NB20°5, referring to the angle of its tow gabled volumes as they meet in plan. The design is based on the traditional two-storey wooden fishing sheds of the region with their simple forms and hinged shutters.
