Description

Canadian Forces Base Gagetown was a massive military infrastructure project of the 1950s. The town of Oromocto and its army base were designed and built for thousands of troops and their families. The article describes the planning and layout and provides a site plan of the base and town, as well as renderings of several of its modern architectural structures.
